To register for a program(s), complete the registration form, including your child’s shirt size if required and by signing the wavier.
You can download the registration form, and once completed you can and either email the form back, drop it off at our office, or mail the form in to our office. Forms are available through the program links above.
If the form is emailed, we will then create an online invoice for you to pay.
Program payments made by electronic payment methods at our office also have a 4% convenience fee.
Forms dropped off or sent by mail must include payment for the program in order to successfully register your child. Any form that does not include payment will be held until payment is received.
*Note: Forms are not available until the signup period opens for the particular program. Click on the program you are interested in to learn when the open enrollment period begins.
