Online Forms

Below is a list of all applications and forms used by the City of Harrington. Permits for construction, Board of Adjustment Applications, etc., can be found on the Permits page or by clicking here.

Forms are fillable online or can be downloaded. They are in the .pdf format and will require Adobe Reader to open. If you do not have Adobe Reader on your computer you can download here.

If there is a form or application not listed, please contact us and we will be sure to add it for your convenience.

Completed forms can be faxed to 302-398-4477, emailed to the city, or dropped off at City Hall Monday-Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm
