Below is a list of all printable applications and forms used by the City of Harrington. They are in the .pdf format and will require Adobe Reader to open. Building Permits & Applications:

Completed forms can be faxed to 302-398-4477, emailed to the Code Enforcement Officer John Long, email, or dropped off at City Hall Monday-Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm
