Water Bill

Utility Billing:

Billing will be sent out to property owners quarterly on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st, or the closest business day following. These are back-billed, meaning that they include the three months before the billing date. This means that the October 1st bill will include water, sewer, and trash from July, August, and September.
Payments are due in full by the 10th day of the following month. Postmarks will not be accepted.

Payment Methods:

Payment can be made with cash, check, money order, credit card, or debit card. A convenience fee will be applied to balance if paying with debit or credit card. Payments dropped off after hours in the door slot will be applied the next business day.
