Board of Adjustment

Responsibilities

The Board of Adjustment is comprised of Harrington residents recommended by the Mayor and confirmed by a majority of City Council. The Board reviews all variance applications as well as certain appeals.

Meetings

• 2nd Tuesday of the month, as needed
  • NOTE If you are interested in attending a meeting, please call City Hall, (302) 398-3530, to verify the meeting is taking place. If there is nothing on the agenda, a meeting will not be held.
