Pay by Phone

To pay your bill by phone, please call City Hall, 302-398-3530. City Hall office hours are 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday, and we are closed on Holidays.

Please have your bill ready and the form of payment you wish to use.

• Tax Processing Fee is 2.65% for all credit/master cards and $3.95 for Visa
• Utility Processing Fee is $6.99.
