HPR Pavilion
Location: 114 East Liberty St, Harrington DE

Amenities include:
- Picnic Tables
- Parking
- Restrooms
- Use of all outdoor facilities. NOTE: Other guest may use the park area as well during your event, including the restroom areas. Your rental only includes exclusive use of the pavilion itself.
- Food and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted. NO alcohol is permitted unless prior written approval is obtained from HPR. You cannot charge for any food or drinks provided to your guest. If you wish to have a food truck at your event, prior written approval must be obtained from HPR. Prior to the event, the food vendor must provide a State of Delaware Food permit and insurance certificate to HPR.
- All liability for the use of the facility, including any illness resulting in food and beverages consumption or injury as a result of any activities are the sole responsibility of the renter.
- Capacity under the pavilion: 150 people
- Cost:
- Non-Profit – $50.00, Dawn to Dusk (must provide a copy of your 501c3 determination letter if requested by the city)
- For Profit – $100.00, Dawn to Dusk
There is no reserving of the courts and playgrounds. They are on a first come, first serve bases. Please familiarize yourself with all of the rules that govern all Parks & Recreation facilities before using the area. Those can be found here.
Please keep the area clean. All trash is carry in/carry out. There are small trash receptacles located throughout the grounds.
