HPR Brick Facility
114 East Liberty St, Harrington, DE
Located in a former National Guard facility, Harrington Parks & Recreation main building is used for a variety of programs, including but not limited to:
- Youth Sports Programs
- Adult Fitness

The facility is available for rent if not being utilized for previously scheduled programing. Amenities include:
- Multi-use facility with restrooms
- Indoor basketball
- Event Room
- NOTE: ALL OTHER ROOMS AND SPACES WITHIN THE FACILITY ARE NOT SUBJECT TO RENT AND ARE OFF LIMITS TO RENTERS AND THEIR GUEST. NO EQUIPMENT THAT IS THE PROPERTY OF HARRINGTON PARKS & RECREATION CAN BE UTILIZED BY THE RENTOR OR THEIR GUEST.
- Food and drink are permitted in the event room and must be contained inside the room at all times. Only water is permitted in the main recreation area of the facility. NO alcohol is permitted unless prior written approval is obtained from HPR. You cannot charge for any food or drinks provided to your guest. If you wish to have a food truck at your event, prior written approval must be obtained from HPR. Prior to the event, the food vendor must provide a State of Delaware Food permit and insurance certificate to HPR.
- All liability for the use of the facility, including any illness resulting in food and beverages consumption or injury as a result of any activities are the sole responsibility of the renter.

- Non-Profit – $300.00 for 4 hours. Additional hours may be available. Contact HPR for further details (must provide a copy of your 501c3 determination letter if requested by the city)
- For Profit – $600.00 for 4 hours. Additional hours may be available. Contact HPR for further details

Please keep the area clean. All trash is carry in/carry out. There are small trash receptacles located throughout the facility.
